This is a dream come-true for Theresa Richmond. She wanted to give children an opportunity to learn more about dogs and have fun and build a better relationship with their own dog at the same time. This is something that Theresa had wished was available to her as a child so she made it happen for others!

KidsCamp! is designed just for kids and their dogs!

Are you a kid between the ages of 8 and 14?
Do you have a dog that would like to learn some stuff spending five days at day-camp with their best friend - you?

Maybe KidsCamp! is just what you are looking for!
KidsCamp! scholarship available for 2008.

Mahogany Ridge's five day camp was developed exclusively for children ages 8 -14.

With their dog in tow, kids arrive just before 9 am each day.

The days are well balanced and setup for maximum success. (See sample schedule)

Your child will enjoy dog training sessions in obedience, agility, rally 'O, flyball, freestyle and tricks.

Alternating with these training sessions the kids will participate in workshops including health and nutrition, canine body language, understanding your dog and general first aid.

Presentations by a local veterinarian, canine police officer and rescue dogs highlight our week along with the ever popular afternoon break with Mr. Ding-A-Ling! (See what happened during previous camps)
