Mahogany Ridge Dog Training and Daycare: Day Care

Daycare hours are: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 6:00pm
Cost: $20.00/day.

Mahogany Ridge also offers additional services to meet the needs of the daycare dogs' owners:

The Extended Day
Needs for an early drop off or a late pick up are offered for your convenience with our lock and crate service. Our secure facility is available at 5:00am and extended to 9:00pm. An "on premise" intercom system is in use to monitor your dog during this time. Price includes both ends of the day. $3.00.
Transportation Service
Monday through Friday. Within 15 miles of Mahogany Ridge. We will pick up your dog between 7:00 am and 8:30am and drop off between 4 and 5:30pm. Price is per trip. $8.00.
Overnight Stay
Going away or enjoying a late night?
Leave your dog overnight. Service offered seven (7) nights a week to our daycare clients only. Pickup before 8am Monday through Friday encumbers no additional day charge. $25.00.

One on One Training
Give your dog an opportunity to learn new skills while at daycare. Theresa offers a 30 minute training session with your dog focusing on your needs for obedience, agility or tricks. $25.00.
Walk in the Woods
Mahogany Ridge is located on 5 acres of pristine fields and woods bordering 100 acres of logging roads.
We offer a 45 minute walk through the trail system for your dog's added pleasure. $15.00.
Clean'em up
A hypoallergenic shampoo and rinse. $20.00.
Nail Trimming. $ 10.00.

DayCare Dog Of the Month

Skylar is a siberian husky.
She followed in her sisters footsteps and joined our daycare about 2 years ago as a puppy. Her favorite activity is being here! She loves to play chase games in and out of the tunnels in the yard and gets along with everyone dogs and people alike. She is a real social butterfly! Skylar didn't need to be taught what daycare is about, in fact she taught us a few things! All in a good days fun! Dig, dig, dig, dig, dig...

There is no need to worry about your dog or puppy being home alone all day. At Mahogany Ridge we have the facilities and resources to accommodate dogs of all age and size in our daycare program.

During their stay your dog will receive:

Social Interaction
Your pet will make new friends. Theresa takes extra care in the introduction of your dog to the rest of the group to ensure they are accepted and comfortable. Often, within just a few minutes of their visit, your dog will begin to venture outside and interact with the day's group.

Hours of Exercise
Play with other dogs, toys, dig a hole in our beach sand yard, join in a chase game through the tunnels or just lay back in the sun are a few of the activities your dog may enjoy taking part in.
With a caring supervisor our dogs also love ball games, towel rub downs when they are cold or wet, group cookie exercises, pets, scratches and general wellness examinations.
Your dogs health and well being are of the utmost importance at Mahogany Ridge.

Lunch and Rest time
One hour during their stay your dog will be offered a rest separate from the group. We feed a small lunch or snack of your choice with several selections to choose from, or you may wish to supply your own. We have several sized crates to accommodate your pet during this time allowing them to refuel and take a break from the daily activities.
