Beginner Dog Behavior Workshop Series

Attend one or all four!

Two hour workshop 6:30-8:30pm.
Training equipment, books and treats will be available.
Space is limited to 6 dogs.
Register for 1 or more weeks.
Cost: $25 with dog, $10 for audit without dog.
Light refreshments included.
Advanced registration needed

Week	It's about:	Covers
1	Teaching the disciplines of self control.	Sit, Down and Stay.
2	Oral behaviors. How to channel your dog’s drives.	Barking, whining, mouthing, chewing and biting.
3	Let’s take a walk!	Walking on leash, controlling your dog outside the home.
4	Coming when called. The do’s and don't's of a reliable recall.	Teaching, practicing and testing.

Intermediate Dog Behavior Workshop Series

1	Practicing control.	Covers: sit, down, stay with distractions.
2	Leave it!	Covers: Teaching the element of the leave it command and practicing with distractions.
3	Leash walking.	Teaching heel with the automatic sit.
4	The recall.	Tunnel recalls, recall game.

Dog of the Month - January 2005

Hunter is owned by John Britton of Saratoga Springs. Hunter is a black lab, almost 3 yrs old. He has been attending daycare for most of his life. Hunter has had a bit of training, nothing to formal, as he is not what we would call a formal dog! He loves to play hard and get really dirty!
Hunters favorite things are to tug and chase the girls! Standing tall, he is by far the largest dog we have here in daycare.
